STEP 1
In order to start your passport application you have to access the Embassy of Ghana in Czech Republic’s website https://prague.mfa.gov.gh/
Click Visa Application to start the online application process after reading the steps below.
STEP 2
Please read carefully the Application requirements and the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
STEP 3
When done completing the online application, remember to lodge your APPLICATION- this must include the signed application form, physical passport, proof of payment and all relevant supporting documents at your selected processing office.
4. STEPT 4
Note that you may stop in the middle of your online application process and return later to complete the application using the RETRIEVE APPLICATION option.
Please note that the Application processing will only commence on receipt of the hard copy of the application form with all required supporting documents at the Mission as per selected mode of Submission.

The documents required for issuing a new passport need to be send by the applicant to the Embassy of Ghana in Prague, Czech Republic
The issuance of the new passport takes 3 months.
